Ideally situated in the stunning Moreton Bay region in Brisbane’s northern suburbs, this award-winning community is living up to the high standards it originally set, and for which it has become renowned.

Located just 25 minutes north of Brisbane, Warner Lakes is a modern neighbourhood within a strong and vibrant community, quality homesites and services, picturesque natural surroundings and everything you need to settle into your new dream home. Open spaces blend effortlessly with beautiful homes clustered around the spectacular lakes and meandering creeks that give Warner Lakes its name.

Located adjacent to Reflections Lake, Stage 120 release required a retaining wall of significant height and length to provide near-flat blocks with a great view over the lake.

The project’s developer PEET, has set high standards for the estate, and in keeping with this philosophy it was important to choose a retaining wall system that not only offered a sound engineering solution, but superior aesthetics.

Concrib offered several choices of products, however at the end of the day the Stone Strong System was chosen – as you can see, it is Big, Bold and Strong. With Stone Strong’s unique large precast blocks, Concrib’s engineering team was able to design a gravity structure, near vertical, with a visually stunning split-granite walling pattern.
