Florex pipe insulating cradles from Composite Global Solutions offer a solution to the problems associated with supporting low temperature pipe work whilst providing effective insulation for cryogenic, ammonia or Freon and chilled water lines. Florex pipe insulating cradles are an alternative to the timber and polyurethane blocks currently used.

Due to the inherent properties of the cross-linked, chemically bonded, closed cell polyethylene foam, Florex pipe insulating cradles provide firm support while retaining a small degree of flexibility. Florex pipe insulting cradles have low thermal conductivity and high moisture absorption resistance, together with the ability to be effectively bonded with virtually any other insulation material.

Florex pipe insulating cradles can help to eliminate thermal break-out and condensation, providing greater resistance to compression due to their high density and strength.

Florex pipe insulating cradles are fast and easy to install, resulting in reduced labour costs and the need for additional expenditure materials to insulate metal brackets. Optional 'U' Band supports complete the system.

Features of Florex pipe insulating cradles: Insulates and supports Moisture resistant Will not split in freezing temperatures Very wide working temperature range Very high compressive strength
