Chief Manufacturing has announced a newly designed company website, and the release of new service programs geared toward making it easier than ever to do business with Chief.
The website, along with two new service programs are scheduled to debut in July 2006. The new website offers the same simple navigation and functionality features, but also offers some new enhancements. The popular cross-reference tool now automatically updates four times a day, making it easier than ever to find the right mount for your screen.
A ‘New Products’ tab on the homepage will make it simple to find all of the new mounting innovations Chief has to offer. You’ll even see which accessories best fit with the product you select. And now you can easily search the entire site with an advanced key word search.
Coming soon you’ll find animations, training videos, an architect’s corner and more. With the new Dealer Passkey Program, dealers and distributors are able to securely view transactions, ordering information, delivery schedule and account information online. Dealers will be able to access the password-protected program through the new Chief website.
The Online Print Program will allow dealers to customise sell sheets with their own company logo, address, contact information and pricing. The final customised piece can be ordered online and will ship directly to the dealer or distributor. Three sell sheet templates will be available for customisation and there will be more to come in the future.
