kinds of lacework available on the market today.
Lacework on heritage verandas can be restored using iron lacework,
aluminium lacework and lace balustrade products. Original heritage cast iron
lacework can be reproduced in both small and large quantities to suit specific
requirements. The new castings in aluminium or iron will look almost identical
to the original castings. Lace balustrade panels can also be reproduced in a similar
way to aluminium lacework or cast iron lacework.
Old cast iron products will appear extremely worn
out after being on the heritage property for over one hundred years. Replacing
the iron lacework with aluminium lacework or the balustrade with decorative
aluminium lace panels will enhance any heritage property and restore its
