Australia’s leading bathroomware brand Caroma has unveiled a new collection of basins and freestanding baths featuring a muted aesthetic for sophisticated bathrooms.

Caroma’s new Sunstone solid surface collection embraces the aesthetic demands of modern architectural styling with carefully curated lines and sharp detailing. The velvety smooth contours of the solid surface material deliver meticulous detail with an on-trend matte finish.

Caroma’s first full solid surface collection, the Sunstone range is made from advanced composite material that blends optimal functionality and durability.

Sunstone’s basin collection is available in five wall-hung styles, suitable for versatile application in a range of spaces from powder rooms, ensuites and apartments to larger commercial and residential environments. The basins can also be installed with bespoke cabinetry against the wall for added installation versatility.

An optional integrated towel rail available in both chrome and matte black finishes can be supplied for added functionality.

The Sunstone freestanding bath has been designed as a complete showstopper in the bathroom, with its spacious proportions allowing an indulgent and relaxing soak; its 1810mm length also makes it exceptionally comfortable for two. The bath’s soft touch material is warm and tactile while its wide end ledges provide a very functional space for bath supplies.

Dr Steve Cummings, Research and Development Manager at GWA Bathrooms & Kitchens explained that they combined the need to fulfil the increasingly high demand for solid surface material products with their distinctive reputation for identifying future design trends in the new Sunstone collection. He added that the use of high quality solid surface material provided greater design latitude and allowed the products to deliver an on-trend thin rim detail.

The Caroma Sunstone collection comes with the assurance of a 10-year Caroma warranty for both domestic and commercial applications.
