Britex supplied a range of stainless steel fixtures to four schools as part of the $291 million Victorian New School Building Project – PPP.

Working in partnership with Clarke Hopkins Clarke Architects and Watpac Builders, Britex manufactured and installed various custom fabricated stainless steel fixtures. The schools included Point Cook South, Epping North, Pakenham South West and Heather Grove. Mr Scott Fowler represented Britex as the Project Manager.

Britex supplied custom stainless steel benchtops with integrated sinks for the food tech, canteen and servery areas; custom stainless steel splashbacks; and custom stainless steel shelves.

Victorian New School Building Project – PPP

Under the PPP model, the new schools will be financed, designed, constructed and maintained by the private sector to high contractual standards over 25 years, allowing principals and teachers to focus on student learning, rather than asset management.
