The latest roof tiles from Bristile Roofing are on display at the Austral Bricks Design Studio in Richmond.

Situated in the heart of Melbourne’s new design precinct in Richmond, the studio is a sleek, stylish space designed to help ease the selection process for architects, developers, designers and homeowners by bringing together a huge range of building products under one roof, allowing visitors to see, feel and experience the products showcased in innovative, hands-on displays.

Roof tiles from Bristile Roofing’s European-inspired La Escandella Collection can be viewed in an inspirational display at the studio to complement Austral Bricks’ huge range of bricks and other specialised building products.

Part of the Bristile Roofing exhibit at Australia’s foremost architectural trade event designEx, the installation at the design studio features two panels of tiles and numerous samples from the La Escandella Collection. A television screen showcases a range of architecturally designed residential and commercial projects to inspire visitors, highlight the latest industry trends and demonstrate the design flexibility of roof tiles.

A highlight of the display is the new Vienna series with its modern lines and strong, sleek profile, which perfectly complements a range of contemporary architectural styles. Visitors to the studio will also be able to check out the palette of bold new colours introduced to the collection’s Vienna and Planum ranges, including luminous black (Caviar), deep, rich chocolate (Cocoa) and bright off-white (Pepper) as well as stunning new monotone and duotone colour options introduced in the classic Grande range.

The Bristile Roofing display accompanies a huge range of over 200 bricks, as well as a broad selection of building products covering pavers, stone, roofing materials, masonry, precast concrete and timber products from brands including Austral Bricks, Daniel Robertson, Bowral and Nubrik.

The studio is a valuable resource for the design and trade community, who can invite their clients to discuss ideas and materials before making a final decision. Facilities are also available for client meetings, while the aisle bench tops are specifically designed to facilitate large project plans to be laid out with ease.

Experienced consultants are on hand to offer professional advice on products, current trends, colour matching and technical specifications, as well as guide visitors through the intricacies of the selection and assessment process.

Mr Michael Monro, Marketing Coordinator for Bristile Roofing explains that the roof is one of the largest external facing surfaces of a home contributing up to 30% of the overall look of a house’s façade, and has a huge influence on its internal temperatures and ecological footprint. Roofing material, colour and design are, therefore major considerations in any new build or renovation, making the Bristile Roofing display an important addition to the Austral Bricks Design Studio, and a fantastic resource for architects, designers, builders and consumers.
