A feature wall of multiple Breezway Altair louvre windows facilitates a seamless connection between the inside and outside spaces of a home in Tennyson Point, Sydney.

The Sydney Harbourside renovation project designed by CplusC Architectural Workshop focussed on providing a sustainable solution that worked within the framework of a solid, well-constructed waterfront house.

The multi-level home is arranged over four levels, descending from street level down to the water’s edge through a series of lofty indoor and outdoor living spaces, revealing unique views of the harbour site.

Architect Clinton Cole designed the interiors to provide more privacy in the bedrooms from the street, while open sunlit recreation areas offer a physical connection to the landscaped waterfront.

Breezway Altair louvre windows were specified to assist with this seamless connection between the inside and external living areas. High level Altair louvre windows have also been incorporated throughout the design to promote natural ventilation.
