Innova™ supplied their cladding system, Stratum™ for two townhouse projects in Lawson, ACT, developed and built by the Art Group.
Bellsview and Sebae are two distinct townhouse sites in Lawson. A perfect balance of design, lifestyle and functionality, Bellsview was the first project to begin in August 2015 followed by Sebae, which was completed in May 2017, delivering a total of 160 luxury townhouses.
In addition to the cladding system, Innova™ also supplied the balcony substrate flooring Durafloor, providing the designer touch to the facade as well as robust and functional benefits for both the facade and the balcony.
