A HEAVY duty 20hp Honda powered pump kit that provides big flows at high pressure for drilling applications is available from Australian Pump Industries .
Suitable for either in-place or ute mounting, the new system consists of a heavy duty Aussie Udor double headed Gamma Series piston pump with a flow capacity of 100 litres per minute and a pressure rating of 60 bar.
The system was set up by Australian Pump engineers to provide serious flow and pressure for drill rig applications. Suitable for use in conjunction with the Aussie "tank mount" package, the machine is portable and can be mounted on any flat top tray vehicle.
Power is transmitted from the engine via a V-belt and pulley system enabling the engine to run at its maximum torque capability while providing power to the pump at the pump's rated speed of 540rpm.
A heavy duty Gamma Series unloader/pressure regulator is supplied as part of the kit. Hose reels with high pressure wire braid hose and heavy duty Aussie Unifire jetting guns complete the system making it ideal for portable spray and jetting applications.
