AUSTRALIAN Pump Industries , manufacturer of high pressure water blasters, has won a big contract for south east Asia's largest professional piggery.
Culindo Livestock has standardised on top quality Aussie pressure cleaners for its huge Bintan piggery. Australian Pump now manufactures a special narrow gauge heavy duty pressure washer that develops 2000psi and a flow of 28Lpm.
"The big 28-litre flow washes and flushes," said Aussie Pumps product manager Hamish Lorenz. "The 2000psi is loads of pressure for the cleaning that needs to be done," he said.
The machine is powered by a 13hp Honda engine and uses a "Big Berty" Bertolini slow speed triplex style piston pump to deliver that unique combination of pressure and flow. The engine is electric start for operator convenience.
All machines feature Aussie double barrel stainless steel lances with high pressure guns rated to 4000psi. The "Aussie Piggery Special" also features detergent injection and is protected by the ASP (Aussie Safety Protection pack).
ASP includes a safety valve that protects the operator and the machine from pressure spikes whilst a thermal dump valve will keep the machine running cool even if left on bypass.
The entire machine comes in a very neat heavy duty galvanised steel frame with four pneumatic tyres and steel wheels. The machine is designed to be narrow enough to pass easily through a normal domestic doorway, as specified by the customer.
