A new community pool and barbeque area is under construction at Australand ’s Braemont in Kellyville Ridge, and should be completed ready for an early summer. The brand new facilities are all part of the masterplanned community.

NSW Residential General Manager, Tony Pizzolato said the new facilities represent Australand’s philosophy of creating quality new homes in communities that offer very high standards of living, in well-established suburbs.

Mr Pizzolato said the new facilities are designed for use by community members and their guests only, enabling residents to enjoy the benefits of private facilities without any of the stress or costs associated with private maintenance.

Enquiries at Australand’s New South Wales residential communities this year have already exceeded enquiry levels in the full year 2008. Braemont sales agents have reported a rush for homes in the community. Mr Pizzolato said he expected this pattern of high demand to continue into spring as the market regained confidence.

Homes available at Kelly Ridge include three bedrooms plus gallery or study, and four bedrooms plus study. All Braemont homes feature sustainable designs, garages and secure parking.
