Several products from Armstrong Flooring Pty Ltd were supplied to The Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne as part of a custom design project. The project featured various vinyl flooring products as well as wall coverings from Armstrong Flooring.

Located in Parkville, Melbourne, The Royal Children’s Hospital was designed by Billard Leece and Bates Smart. The products specified for the project included Accolade Plus, Accolade Safe Plus, Infinity, Infinity Safe, Safeguard and Wallflex along with PVC skirting and installation accessories.

Armstrong Flooring worked closely with the specifiers to develop a custom range of Accolade, Infinity and Wallflex products to beautifully complement the interiors of the advanced healthcare facility. Over 100,000 square metres of Armstrong products were installed at the RCH, with a major part manufactured by Armstrong in Melbourne.

Over 20,000kg of construction PVC offcuts destined for the landfill were collected for recycling back into flooring at Armstrong’s Braeside Victoria facility.
