Several products from Armstrong Flooring Pty Ltd were installed at the Cabrini Private Hospital in Brighton, Victoria.
Designed by Jacobs Thomas & Associates, the hospital features Accolade Plus vinyl sheet flooring, Accolade Safe Plus slip resistant vinyl sheet flooring, and Wallflex wall covering. Accolade Plus was installed in the operating theatres, wards and corridors, while Accolade Safe Plus was used for the amenities areas.
One of Armstrong Flooring’s most durable flooring collections, Accolade Plus has an innovative homogeneous formulation that includes replenishing polyurethane throughout the thickness of the floor and a protective polyurethane finish to reduce initial and ongoing maintenance as well as increase scuff resistance. The homogeneous construction offers excellent dent and gouge resistance.
Accolade Safe Plus is an easy-to-maintain slip resistant floor covering featuring an embossed surface that reduces aquaplaning, aids slip resistance, and also helps to hide subfloor imperfections.
