Altro XpressLay from Altro Safety Flooring was installed at a dog daycare centre in Auckland to ensure proper care and safety for dogs while simplifying maintenance for the staff.
DogHQ is a Glenfield, Auckland-based dog daycare centre that ensures the dogs in their charge receive the highest quality of care in a safe and healthy environment.
DogHQ owner Louise O’Sullivan sought a floor covering that would be waterproof, slip-resistant and easy to clean, and ideally be easy to remove at the end of her tenancy to meet any ‘make good’ clauses.
Altro XpressLay was the perfect choice for DogHQ as it provided excellent slip resistance and contained Altro Easyclean Maxis PUR technology for enhanced cleanability and hygiene. The adhesive-free safety floor could also be easily removed post-installation and re-used elsewhere. Altro XpressLay can be recycled at the end of its life.
Altro XpressLay has performed superbly for over 18 months since the installation. Ms O’Sullivan has now decided to install more XpressLay to improve flooring in another part of her facility.
