Australia, the local subsidiary of the world’s leading safety flooring manufacturer, has launched its new website. With vastly improved interface, the new site was designed with the customer in mind.
Altro Safety Flooring prides itself on responding to customer feedback via its unique 'Voice of the Customer' program, and the improvement in this website is yet another example.
"Our customers, whether they are architects, flooring contractors or end-users, give us clear direction in everything we do, and their feedback on our website was that we had to improve our offering. This site has been in development for some time, and launched in the UK last year. We have been hard at work since then adapting it to suit our local needs," says Altro's marketing manager, Warwick Duncan.
"Our customers want to be able to choose on-line, to see the products and find out who we are and how we work. We are a successful, growing and strongly reliable company with a solid track record in Australia."
Feature rich website
All of Altro's leading-edge safety flooring products - including the new Altro Aquarius and Altro Whiterock - are showcased on the site, but also the hygienic wall cladding which is causing such a stir in the healthcare, leisure and food industries.
Customers can view the colour offering, download technical specifications, order samples, and see how it is laid, among many other features.
