Nugent Developments had the challenge of adding a second storey on a Californian bangalow house in Roseville on the northern suburbs of Sydney. The foundations of the house were made from sandstone and they needed to replicate the same look on the second storey.This was a difficult task due to the weight and cost of sandstone.
Total Stone cladding panels from Allplastics (Grey Cut Stone – M061) were the perfect alternative.
The Total Stone cladding panels are lightweight (5.5kg per square meter); waterproof, UV resistant and easily installed on site.
