A recent modernisation project at Longbeach RSL required Aglo Systems to supply custom made LED light fittings to the club.
Located in the suburb of Chelsea, Victoria, Longbeach RSL offers dining, gaming and sporting facilities to its members. The RSL recently underwent a complete redevelopment of the venue. Aglo Systems was engaged by the electrical contractor, ADJ Electrical to supply fittings for general lighting at the venue based on their past history, with the two companies having successfully worked together on joint projects. Aglo’s competitively priced products also played an important role in the decision.
The downlight required a deep baffle, anodised aluminium trim with low glare. Aglo developed and manufactured the fitting to exact specifications. The LED downlights were supplied in high CRI 90 and a warm colour temperature of 3000K.
Aglo also provided LED strip lighting to be placed along the RSL’s avenue of honour as well as inside the gaming bar cabinetry. The lighting supply also included Hubble wall washers to illuminate the remembrance wall at the RSL club.
