NuCorp Constructions chose the LOGICWALL wall system from AFS Systems Pty Ltd (CSR) to speed up construction on their Rosehill NSW apartment project without sacrificing durability or quality.
Consisting of 132 units, Ascot Apartments is a 13+2 storey structure being developed by NuCorp Constructions. Looking to minimise construction time on the substantial project, the builder sought an alternative to conventional walling solutions that would not compromise build quality – a key selling point in their marketing campaign.
By choosing LOGICWALL, NuCorp was able to reduce installation times on every floor by two days, which would not have been possible with conventional walling methods.
Steven Maroun, Director, NuCorp Constructions said the Rosehill project was designed from the outset in AFS LOGICWALL for the potential time savings. He observed that LOGICWALL proved to be a quick, effective alternative to conventional building methods, due to the ease and speed of installation coupled with the clean finished product.
