JSN Hanna relied on AFS LOGICWALL to ensure a quick turnaround on their Brunker Road residential development in Potts Hill NSW. The master planned community in Potts Hill consisted of five apartment blocks.
Enjoying an enviable reputation for quality in the industry, JSN Hanna was confident they could continue to maintain this reputation by using AFS LOGICWALL. There were no compromises in the designing of the five apartment blocks so there could be none in their construction either. The development consisted of 96 units in a 4+1 storey configuration across five buildings.
By specifying LOGICWALL, the developers were able to allow ‘a lot more product to go up a lot quicker’ without sacrificing quality because the ‘finishes were unsurpassed when compared to brickwork or cement render’.
Managing Director Edward Hanna said that JSN Hanna contacted AFS and came to an agreement very quickly. The shop drawings were provided in two weeks and the panels were delivered onsite in another three weeks, allowing the developer to put up some 12,000 square metres in around 13 weeks.
AFS LOGICWALL was used for the party walls, external walls, lift and stair walls, and balustrade walls.
