Verve Construction turned to AFS LOGICWALL wall systems from AFS Systems Pty Ltd (CSR) to meet tough project deadlines on their Hanover Street build in Oakleigh VIC.
Known for adhering to budgets without compromising on quality or completion times, Verve Construction was faced with a demanding floor-cycle of just seven days on their Oakleigh project consisting of 8+3 storeys and basement. The lightweight wall panels from AFS provided the builder a heavyweight solution with LOGICWALL showing how quickly walls could be put up to allow construction to continue.
AFS ensured prompt delivery of LOGICWALL panels for all 92 apartments, enabling the site installer to complete construction to plan.
Carlos Cagliero of Verve Constructions said that extensive ongoing consultation with AFS and their site installer during the structure stage enabled them to keep up with their tight seven-day floor cycles program without affecting other structural trades.
The AFS LOGICWALL wall system was used on the external walls, blade walls, corridor walls, stair walls, party walls and the lift core of the building.
