The developers of a multi-storeyed mixed-use development in Homebush, NSW chose the Logicwall system by AFS Systems as it met their requirement for a load bearing wall solution.

Located at 153 Paramatta Road in Homebush, Charlene’s Tower offers 72 residential and two commercial units across 13 storeys.

Charlie Challita, director/owner, I Know Developments explained that they were seeking a load bearing wall solution that could speed up construction times while maintaining their high construction standards. They chose AFS Logicwall and it exceeded their expectations.

“The building design called for clean lines and the flat, true surfaces of the Logicwall panels allowed us to achieve this. Importantly, the installation of the panels was quick and easy, saving us time and money whilst delivering the quality we expected.”

AFS Logicwall panels totalling 9,829 square metres were used for the internal and external walls, columns and balustrades, party and corridor walls, lift and stair cores, and basement internal walls and ramp. AFS Rediwall, measuring about 336 square metres was used for the basement external walls.
