ADM Instrument Engineering advises customers to buy their Mean Well
products only from an authorised distributor.
ADM was recently informed by a customer that they had been told about
the unavailability of a particular Mean Well product and were recommended an alternate
product from another brand. The customer was shocked to learn the product was
still being manufactured by Mean Well and was available at ADM, the exclusive
Mean Well distributor in Australia.
The alternate product supplied to the customer not only turned out to be
inferior but there wasn’t much of a price difference either.
ADM advises Mean Well customers in Australia not to risk the reputation
of their business or product by buying Mean Well power supplies from
non-authorised importers.
As the only authorised Mean Well distributor in Australia, ADM will keep
their customers up to date with new product innovations from Mean Well and only
advise them to use a different product, when it is beneficial to do so.
