Actron Air introduces the new Aurora wall split system air conditioners engineered specifically to suit Australian conditions.

Most inverter systems offer a maximum operating range of only 43°C – 46°C, reducing their effective performance with the rising temperature till they stop working altogether. Additionally, a common problem observed across Australia during the hot summers is that the air conditioner’s outdoor unit could be positioned in a hot spot, naturally emitting its own heat as well, which makes it essential to have an air conditioner with an operating range of up to 50°C.

Offering an operating temperature range of -10°C to +50°C, Aurora wall split air conditioners have passed Maximum Cooling Capacity tests at 52°C (AS 3823.1.2 Table 2 T3). The remote on/off function in the Aurora makes it ideal for schools, mining operations and other commercial applications, allowing the air conditioner to be controlled remotely.

Key features of Aurora wall split air conditioners include the Demand Response Enabled function that allows users to take advantage of Peak Smart options offered by power suppliers; advanced DC inverter technology on both indoor and outdoor units, delivering up to 35 percent more energy efficiency and reducing running costs; whisper-quiet operation with Quiet Mode function; sleek, modern fascia to suit most decors; Sleep Mode to maximise sleep comfort by automatically adjusting the temperature over seven hours; and HEPA-Bio filter to capture dust and other microbes.

Aurora’s Follow Me feature uses a sensor in the indoor unit as well as the remote control to deliver improved comfort exactly where the occupant is within the room. A four-stage indoor coil self-cleaning cycle minimises build-up of dust and reduces mould growth.

Aurora wall split air conditioners come with Actron Air’s local after sales support, a five-year parts and labour warranty, and local spare parts.
