Safety and ergonomics specialist Actisafe has introduced a new range of double- and triple-scissor lift tables featuring two-tonne load capacities to the Australian market. These scissor tables have been designed to provide a complete solution for solving any materials handling problem.

Designed to lift or lower product and/or equipment up to and from a selected height, the new range can be used for instance, in a gangway where an employee may be selecting various stock-keeping units for an order. Actisafe’s scissor lift tables are also ideal for use in maintenance applications that may require an item such as a generator or welding equipment to be lifted to a suitable height to facilitate the operator.

The easy and precise height adjustment is a cost effective alternative to manual handling, minimising the operator’s exposure to many OH&S related handling problems. Trolley mounting options facilitate mobility, allowing accurate and careful positioning of goods in most parts of the plant at the right height.

Recommended for all types of warehouse and logistics conditions, Actisafe double- and triple-scissor tables are provided with highly visible safety-yellow markings.

Actisafe’s new scissor lift tables can be custom designed and manufactured to meet exact requirements in the manufacturing, handling, retail and food sectors. Customisation is possible on most aspects of the equipment including bellows, roller tops and ball tops, while rails and auto-levelling sensors can be added on request.

All scissor lift tables are supplied with a powder coated finish as standard but are also available in galvanised finish for added durability, stainless steel (for sensitive food handling areas), or in a range of colours, with pallet disks or U-shaped top.
