ACO Polycrete presents ACO Drain’s PowerDrain, a heavy duty sloped trench drain system that is ideal for rugged surface drainage applications, such as airports, highways and motorways, heavy duty industrial areas, petrol stations, docks and ports, military bases and truck stops.
The PowerDrain features patented PowerLock boltless locking system to help lock grates securely in place, as well as interconnecting channels of cast-in ductile iron edge rails. The channels can be assembled to create stepped fall, sloped or constant depth runs.
The PowerDrain is manufactured from polymer concrete, which is four times the compressive strength of cement concrete. Polymer concrete is a durable, lightweight material made from polyester resin binder and reinforced by mineral aggregates and fillers.
The PowerDrain also features an integrally cast-in ductile iron edge rail to protect the channel edge from damage wear and provide maximum strength to the trench drain system. It also has shock absorbant widgets fitted to assist with grate fit and hanging installations.
