ARKO is the latest product of the Corradi roof systems available from Aalta Screen Systems .
Similar to other retractable roof systems, ARKO retractable roof systems are made to measure to ensure full weather protection. ARKO retractable roof systems are cantilevered, therefore there are no front posts to interrupt the view.
ARKO retractable roof systems are stabilised using a minimum of two arched braces installed to the wall behind, and there are no posts to disturb the outdoor living area or the view. The retractable roof systems are manufactured from glulam laminated timber that is finished with a stain or paint.
ARKO retractable roof systems can resist strong winds to grade 6 in the Beaufort Scale (a strong breeze or large branches breaking) due to the strong intermediate support tubes and terminal support beams. The projection is determined by the available anchorage height with the maximum projection being 4 metres.
Like other Aalta roof products, ARKO retractable roof systems are motorised and come with a remote control. The flexible textile membrane can be retracted or extended with the press of a button to offer the best of all weather conditions.
