Justine Kinch has joined Arcadis as the Australian business as the new client and operations director for Property, Energy and Resources (PER).

Kinch, who has over 20 years’ experience across urban design, strategic infrastructure and urban renewal, was most recently Western Sydney director for multi-disciplinary design firm AECOM.

In her new role, Kinch will support growth by driving collaboration through our integrated solutions, partnerships, advocacy and technical excellence.

Gareth Robbins, managing director – Property, Energy and Resources Australia Pacific, Arcadis says: “Justine’s breadth of city-level experience across key urban development and infrastructure projects will be invaluable to our clients and teams as we continue to deliver projects across the entire asset lifecycle.”

According to Kinch herself, “The nature of what we contribute as an industry is rapidly evolving. For projects to have long-lasting and positive influences on the way we live, we must learn to be more generous and collaborate better with communities, government and importantly the education sector.”

“I’m very excited to help drive Arcadis' growth into new areas while solidifying its position as a market leader in others,” she says.
