Hames Sharley has promoted Rachel Seal to the position of director, while Jessika Hames has been appointed as a senior associate.

Seal, a highly experienced urban designer, master planner and architect has been with the company for over 30 years.

During this time, she has worked on strategies for some of Australia’s most iconic town and activity centres bringing together the retail, residential, commercial and public and cultural portfolios to create dynamic and functional places.

Jessika Hames’s promotion is in recognition of her exceptional achievements and contributions since she joined the company in 2003.

Her extensive experience and exemplary eye for design has seen her successfully complete a range of architectural projects of varying complexity across many of Hames Sharley’s portfolios, the company says.
