Geyer has appointed Wendy Geitz to lead its five-studio interior design practice.
Wendy comes into the business with almost 30 years of experience and a passion for workplace and strategic design. Her experience includes various senior roles at firms including Lendlease, Woods Bagot and DEGW (AECOM), as well as a role as executive manager for major workplace projects and transformation at Suncorp, where she ran projects valued at up to $150 million in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.
Geitz’s role as CEO at Geyer will focus on building the company’s leadership in design, its customer-centric approach to creating design solutions, its culture and people, and its strategic business planning for the future.
“I have a deep belief in the power of design and its ability to positively impact people and the cultures within organisations,” says Geitz.
“I look forward to leading the team at Geyer in their continued pursuit of intelligent and beautiful design.”
Her appointment is effective from 5 March 2018.
