Melbourne-based DesignInc directors, Christon Batey-Smith, Stephen Webb and Rohan Wilson says that “We are aiming to improve our mix of strengths and skills and foster greater diversity of styles and viewpoints.”

Architect Nicole de Lacy has been promoted to Associate in recognition of her leadership capability and excellence as a project architect. Nicole has been with DesignInc for five years and has built a significant reputation for resolving complex design issues and realising design concepts into healthy buildings.

Sereni Naidoo has been promoted to Senior Interior Designer. Since joining DesignInc in 2015 as a graduate, Sereni has continued to excel with design roles on significant health, education, and research projects, always focused on creating restorative, engaging environments that people enjoy being in.

Two new hires – a senior education specialist and a project leader with health and research expertise will also join the DesignInc team in January 2021.

Moreover, DesignInc’s 2021 Graduate Program has three new graduates onboard, the largest annual intake to date.

Director Rohan Wilson says that, “It is an indication of our confidence in 2021, that we have increased our graduate intake this year. Graduates can expect exposure to a wide range of projects, experiences and ongoing mentoring support; and they will benefit from DesignInc’s flexible work environment and ethos of encouraging ongoing learning and team building.”
