Crown is building a six-star hotel and residential complex in Barangaroo, Sydney with work proceeding at a fast pace at the $2.2 billion project, which is scheduled for completion in 2021.
Sales have also commenced for 80-plus apartments at the residential complex with billionaire James Packer, the company’s largest shareholder, recently buying two floors for $60 million.
An exclusive VIP casino will be a major highlight of the Barangaroo, Sydney project, which offers views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House.
Crown is also seeking finance for its joint venture project with the Schiavello Group, the 90-storey One Queensbridge Project in Melbourne's Southbank.
Conditional planning approval has been granted for the six-star hotel and residential apartment project.
The proposed tower at 323 metres will be the tallest skyscraper in Australia and will offer 388 hotel rooms as well as about 700 luxury apartments.
The site is located next to their flagship Melbourne casino.
