UTS to present at inaugural Chicago Architecture Biennial
UTS Thomas Street Building wins 2015 Sustainability Award


Stirling Prize winning architect Amanda Levete will participate in a talk on the role of collaboration in the design of cultural spaces.

Presented by the Australian Institute of Architects Foundation in partnership with Naomi Milgrom Foundation and UTS, the free lecture and Q&A event will feature special guest, Amanda Levete, who is the founder and principal of London’s AL_A studio.

To be hosted by Edmund Capon AM, OBE, Chairman of the Australian Institute of Architects Foundation, the event will discuss the role of collaboration in the design of new cultural spaces such as Energias De Portugal (Lisbon), the Victoria and Albert Museum (London) and MPavilion 2015 (Melbourne). The talk will be introduced by Naomi Milgrom AO, Chair of the Naomi Milgrom Foundation.

The special event will take place at the UTS, Faculty of Engineering and IT Building 11, 81 Broadway (Cnr Broadway & Jones St), Broadway in Level 00 Room 405 on Monday 12 October 2015 from 7.15pm to 8.15pm.

Admission to the event is free but booking is essential.
