Architecture and interior design firm Rothelowman will design internal and external concepts of all future SOHO Living townhouses, as part of a collaboration announced recently.

Under the agreement, buyers and investors of SOHO Living product will have access to Rothelowman’s designs at all of SOHO Living’s developments and projects.

According to Nathan Jenkinson, general manager of SOHO Living, the new partnership has been designed to ensure the residential property developer and medium density homebuilder’s product would remain at the cutting edge of design in the built form industry.

“The new partnership with Rothelowman will ultimately benefit homebuyers and investors who are looking to purchase homes boasting premium designs, but in affordable areas,” says Jenkinson.

Nigel Hobart, managing principal at Rothelowman says the arrangement with SOHO represented an opportunity to provide high quality design solutions to an emerging townhouse market in new growth suburbs.

“Our team has designed award winning townhouses for developers over many years and we are enjoying the challenge of applying this experience to a new market.”

“Working with the SOHO Living team is proving to be a winning combination of design experience and construction know-how. We have no doubt that the innovative homes we create together will be highly sought after by home-owners and investors alike,” says Hobart.
