Whitehouse Institute of Design is inviting applications for their Winter Design Beginnings programs in Sydney and Melbourne.
Whitehouse offers week-long workshops twice a year at foundation and advanced levels in fashion illustration, interior illustration, and creative direction. The workshops are conducted at their Sydney and Melbourne campuses.
An Open House will be held on the Sydney and Melbourne Campuses on Friday 20 June and Saturday 21 June.
Those who attend the Open House 2014 will receive a $50 discount off the cost of a Design Beginnings Workshop. Discounted registration forms will be made available to those who register at the Open House event. Registrations can be done online.
Whitehouse’s workshops do not require participants to have any prior drawing experience. The foundation level aims to develop the participant’s drawing skills and compile a portfolio required to successfully continue studies. The advanced week enhances their skills and further develops techniques taught at the foundation level.
Foundation Courses commencing 30 June will cover Illustration for Fashion; Techniques for Interior Illustration; Personal Image and Life Styling.
Advanced Courses commencing 7 July will cover Design Drawing for Fashion; Design Communication for Interiors; Styling the Professional Image.
