A visual inspection system from ATS Applied Tech Systems has been chosen
by both MAN Trucks in Austria and MAN Buses in Germany for quality checks on
their vehicles during production. Both companies are implementing ATS Inspect
for visual inspection of these vehicles.
The ATS Inspect visual inspection system can capture any defect in the
vehicles and reveal them to the operators and inspectors on the production line
in the system’s highly intuitive visual screens. A repair and check process is
then immediately initiated to guarantee 100% quality on all vehicles leaving
the plants.
