Leading Australian real estate developer Grocon has signed on as a
Platinum Corporate Partner with Livable Housing Australia (LHA). Grocon has
also become the first Australian real estate developer to commit itself to
building all future residential developments as per the national Livable
Housing Design Guidelines.
LHA works with industry, the consumer sector and governments to ensure
new Australian homes are designed and built for better safety, comfort and
access.
Grocon’s Chief Executive Officer, Carolyn Viney explains that the ultimate

Ms Viney adds that their commitment to design in accordance with the
Livable Housing Design guidelines is a logical decision for their business. The
company is excited about the advancements in accessible, lifespan-friendly
