Sekisui House Australia announces the launch of the second land release of the Hardy’s Rise precinct at its highly successful 300-hectare master planned estate, The Hermitage in Gledswood Hills in south west Sydney.

The land release from the global residential property developer and home builder comprises of 66 land lots. The first release at Hardy’s Rise launched in March 2012 consisted of 79 lots.

Sekisui House Sales and Customer Relations Manager for The Hermitage, Craig Barnes expects the latest release to sell out quickly based on the success of their previous land release, which was sold out over a single weekend.

According to Mr Barnes, the Hardy’s Rise precinct has experienced a capital growth rate of more than 20 percent since its first release in March 2012, proving itself an invaluable investment for current as well as future residents.

The land lots in the latest release range from 375sqm to 690sqm in area and are priced from $282,000. Buyers can also take advantage of a selection of home and land packages from a select number of builders, including Sekisui House.

One of the most picturesque precincts available at The Hermitage, Hardy’s Rise features an elevated position with scenic regional vistas and mature tree-lined streets with easy access to the future Gledswood Hills Village. Residents will also have access to The Hermitage’s two world class golf courses, over 40 hectares of parklands and smaller neighbourhood parks with children’s playgrounds, and over 50km of cycle and shared pathways.

The completion of the Leppington Railway Station located approximately 10 minutes from The Hermitage estate is also due for completion in mid-late 2015 providing direct access to the Sydney CBD.

The Hermitage features over 20 of Sydney’s most premium home builders showcasing 59 display homes. The prestigious project has so far sold approximately 600 lots since launching in March 2012 with more than 150 houses completed and another 120 houses under construction. The Hermitage is now home to almost 500 residents.
