Intergrain Brand Manager, Krystal Brabham, said the Intergrain Timber Vision Awards aim to continually celebrate industry professionals who inspire with creative and innovative timber design.

“Last year’s entries were phenomenal — the calibre of entries was extremely high. We’re expecting an even higher number of entries this year from like-minded professionals who share our passion for timber.

“Entries need to demonstrate the significant role timber plays in design projects today and we anticipate they will illustrate the extraordinary talent of Australian designers.”

The entries will be evaluated by a prestigious judging panel including John Wardle, Principal at John Wardle Architects and 2011 Intergrain Timber Vision Award Winner; Rowena Marsh, co-founder of MCK and Director of Interiors; Cameron Bruhn, Editorial Director at Architecture Media; and Sarah Nadenbousch, of DuluxGroup.

Entries open on Monday 16 April and close on Saturday 23 June. The winners will be announced in August.

Past winners have included: John Wardle, Design Studio, Circa Architecture, Wolveridge Architects, Elenberg Fraser, Facet Studio, Grove Architects, Riddel Architecture, and Weian Lim of Matt Gibson Architecture + Design.
