Humming yoga studios to futuristic cafes: INDE.Awards shortlist represents the best design from Aus to Asia

    Kirsty Sier

The INDE.Awards’ rationale is simple: to take the best of our region’s architecture and design, and to celebrate it on a global stage.

Established and run by InDesign Media, the annual awards ceremony looks to Australia and the broader Asia-Pacific region to find architects and designers that have pushed the A+D industry to new frontiers. INDE.Awards 2017 received over 400 submissions – covering projects, people, products and ideas – all of which demonstrate the strength and prowess of our localised talent.

In the lead-up to the INDE.Awards Gala on Friday night (30 June), we delve into the projects that made the shortlist across ten categories of achievement.
