GroupGSA has picked up three awards at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2018-2019, claimed to be the largest and widely recognised program throughout the Asia Pacific region.

The Australian-based design company edged out over 1000 entrants to win across three categories – Office Architecture for Australia (Camden Council Administration Centre project), Office Interior for Australia (Link Market Service project) and Public Service Architecture for China (Fulong Exhibition Center project).

The awards will be officially presented across two days of networking and celebratory activities at the Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, Bangkok, May 3-4 2018.

GroupGSA now automatically joins top country winners vying for the chance to be named amongst the ‘World’s Best’ in each category, culminating in a glittering awards ceremony held at the Savoy Hotel, London, in December 2018.

“This is a great achievement and the two day awards ceremony in Bangkok will offer a huge opportunity to showcase our work to South East Asia and the world,” says GroupGSA Principal Alina Valcarce.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards recognise excellence and maintain high standards in the property industry worldwide.

Now in their 25th year, the awards cover over 45 different residential and commercial categories.

Judged by an independent panel of 80 industry experts (including House of Lords members, Lord Caithness, Lord Best, The Earl of Liverpool and Lord Thurso), it focuses on design excellence, quality, service, innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability.
