Engineering, architecture, environmental and construction services company, GHD announces the appointment of Sheldon Krahe as Australian Market Leader – Property and Buildings.
Sheldon brings 30 years of professional experience spanning both the consulting industry and the Australian Defence Force to his new role where he will lead business development and grow GHD’s integrated design service offerings for clients.
A civil engineer with MBA and MSc qualifications, Sheldon comments that he is happy to be part of the GHD team, which is known for client service and technical leadership. His previous experience covered senior regional and global consulting roles, where he significantly grew revenue while strengthening relationships with key clients.
GHD’s Market Development Leader Mark Read is confident that Sheldon will enhance GHD’s position in the Australian property and buildings market. He adds that Sheldon comes to GHD with exceptional experience in developing client relationships, and leading large teams of architecture and engineering professionals.
GHD’s property and buildings projects in Australia include the Perth City Link and Busport, the new Geelong headquarters for Barwon Water, the Hardened Networked Army Facilities in South Australia, asset management planning for significant Commonwealth Government properties, and project management support to the National Archives of Australia for its 150 linear kilometre storage facility.
