Malaysia will have a new landmark soon with the official launch of the Merdeka PNB 118 project recently by the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Dato’ Sri Mohd. Najib Tun Abdul Razak.

Designed by Fender Katsalidis, the Warisan Merdeka development is not only the tallest tower in Malaysia but also the fifth tallest building in the world. The mixed-use project is being undertaken by Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB), and will be executed in three stages with full completion expected by 2024.

Spanning over 19 acres, the Warisan Merdeka development will comprise of a 630-metre, 118-storey landmark tower and retail mall in the first phase of the project.
