Blue Turtle Consulting is organising a series of workshops in November designed to assist architects and design professionals improve their pricing methods.

To be held in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth, Blue Turtle Consulting’s Fee Proposal Workshop is aimed at architects, building designers, interior designers, landscape architects, product designers and engineers from sole practitioner firms and partnerships to medium-sized companies and international practices.

Most architects and design professionals price their design services by estimating their cost to complete the work, balancing it with local market conditions and then negotiating with the client. Using research from the fields of fee psychology, fee negotiations and behavioural finance, the Workshop will guide participants on writing proposals that eliminate scope creep, raise conversion rates and increase fee levels.

The Fee Proposal Workshop by approved Refuel provider Blue Turtle Consulting offers participants 7.0 Formal CPD Hours (6 CPD points in WA).

The Workshop will be presented by two international design fee experts and each venue will have a maximum of 16 attendees.

Attendees will learn how to recognise and respond to the top seven fee negotiation tricks; increase fee levels; raise conversion rates; avoid scope creep; and write successful fee proposals.

Blue Turtle Consulting has delivered over 70 Workshops across five different countries with 85 per cent of attendees agreeing it was the most useful CPD event they had attended, and 99 per cent saying they would recommend this Workshop to their colleagues.
