Global architectural, interior and graphic design firm Buchan Group has relocated its Gold Coast office to Southport CBD, attracted by the revitalisation of the area and its proximity to key clients.
Buchan Group’s new office at 64 Marine Parade occupies almost 300sqm of space on level five of the eight-storey building. The expansive space is expected to reinvigorate the practice as well as provide room for future expansion.
Buchan Group Director Brett Saville said that the new office’s open plan design has been configured to encourage a more collaborative environment.
Establishing its Gold Coast office in the 1970s, Buchan Group has worked on a number of iconic projects in the region, including Robina Town Centre, Jupiters Casino, Hilton Surfers Paradise, Q1 and Nexus Towers.
Recent Gold Coast projects include the $14.5 million Nerang Mall redevelopment, the $20 million Sea Hawk Apartments at Southport, and both stages of The Mark Shopping Centre refurbishment.
