The 2010 LookHome Green Design Awards are now open, aiming to recognise and reward the best in sustainable, affordable and innovatively designed homes.

Judged by a panel of industry experts, there are awards in five categories including best new custom-built home, best display or demonstration home, best medium density/townhouse development, best renovation and best shed or studio.

Entrants will need to demonstrate how their project:

  • Meets the brief of the client

The judging panel of independent industry experts includes Robert Caulfield, strategic marketing director for CKDesignworks; Sue Harris, publisher for Architecture Media; Ralph Horne, director of Centre for Design, RMIT and Noel Dyett, managing director of Curnow Dyett.
