Remote Housing Australia has unveiled CReATE House.

Backed by over 15 years in research and development, the complete housing system was created by Australian building designer Norman Millington in con junction with Cindee Millington after noticing a gap in the market for easily constructible products.

“CReATE House is a product well suited to a number of locations, including the remote areas of Australia, as it is easily assembled, designed to suit harsh environmental and weather conditions and is easily delivered using standard transporta tion methods,” says CReATE house designer, Norman Millington.

The product is delivered as a flat pack system in two containers on the back on one truck with no road escort requirements and is then erected with a simple wall panel system. The home can be construct ed within four weeks from time of delivery to the site.

Features of the home include:

• elevated home with a verandah and large undercover area

• four bedrooms in a separated layout to give privacy

• one bathroom and one ensuite

• open plan living areas

Other design features include the majority of plumbing and electrical wiring pre-fitted to Australian Standards ready for connection to the mains systems, cross flow ventilation and impact resistant louvre windows.

The product is suited for regional and remote areas, but is also suitable for mining operations, defence, new home buyers and corporate requirements.
