Metricon has introduced 19 new additions to their Allegra, Freedom and Designer range.

The majority of these 19 new home designs are particularly suited to smaller frontage and depth land sizes, reflecting developer trends towards smaller, narrower blocks.

The new releases in the Allegra range, twelve in total, include the Alpha, a compact entry-level home available from just 16 squares, yet offering three-bedroom living.

Also included is the new Banksia, a 27 square two-storey home offering four bedrooms, but nevertheless fitting on a ten metre wide block.

The Freedom range offers mid-size, mid-price homes. Especially noticeable amongst the Freedom releases is the Breeze, offering many features such as a side portico entry, three bedrooms, large entertaining area and more, yet on the narrow block of just 8.5 metres.

Metricon’s General Manager, Marketing, Yvonne Abood said, “We expect this particular design to be very helpful for the smallest blocks made available in the large developments, but especially for Knockdown Rebuild sites.”
