It was in 2006, way back before smart phones or social media, when we launched what we now call the Sustainability Awards. Little did we realise that 16 years later, our ‘little’ awards would become the premier built environment sustainability awards program in Australia.
In 2022, Holcim was the proud sponsor of the Sustainability Awards 'Landscape & Urban' category, which include buildings or non-building projects at the intersection of architecture, landscape design and urban planning. Examples include parks, pedestrian bridges and walkways, pools, shelters, picnic facilities, toilet blocks and playgrounds. Can also include green roofs, green walls and other urban garden and similar installations.
