Compressed Air Australia introduces a new range of digital flow meters in expanded sizes to monitor compressed air usage and wastage in industrial environments.

Keeping track of compressed air usage will help identify high usage areas and compressed air leaks so that air use can be optimised. Regular monitoring of compressed air usage can save companies thousands of dollars each year by identifying costly leaks or inefficient air products, and eliminating compressed air waste.

EXAIR's digital flowmeters are now available in six new sizes, simplifying the task of measuring consumption and identifying trends at all the critical areas or individual legs of a compressed air system. The flowmeters express airflow values in SCFM (standard cubic feet per minute) or m³/Hr (cubic metres per hour).

EXAIR’s digital flowmeters for schedule 40 iron pipes are available in ½”, ¾”, 1”, 1½”, 2”, 2½”, 3” and 4” sizes. The CE and RoHS compliant flowmeters can alternatively be ordered for schedule 80, 10S or Type L copper pipes.

EXAIR’s digital flowmeters can be supplied with a USB data logger and included software. Summing remote displays are also available, allowing compressed air consumption to be monitored from a convenient location.
